The New Year
Well, Christmas has come and gone and we're only a few days away from starting a brand new year. I have New Year's Eve off but I'm working on New Year's Day so I won't be up too late (and I have to admit that I'm not always fond of the money spent on fireworks anyway; I can think of many better ways to spend that moolah, yes?) - so, how about you? What, if anything, will you be doing to bring in the new year?

Happy New Year Scotty! I am too much of a kid at heart not to enjoy fireworks. Sadly there are no (legal) ones out this way, so TV has to do us!

Party animal that I am; for the last two years Gary woke me up to kiss me and wish me a happy new year. I mumbled something affectionate and go back to sleep.
The boys will often drag out the fireworks leftover from the 4th of July.
